You will receive a text or e-mail when we receive your information pack (so that you know your information is secure), when we submit your CIS tax refund claim and return and when your refund has been received by ourselves if you choose our fee on receipt of refund option. You will be provided with a copy of the official HMRC return and a summary of all the relevant figures.
